Our son gifted 4 pizza's for Xmas this year as I always wanted a Chicago style pizza like you and he remembered saying that. We got two pepperoni, one sausage, and one spinach. The first three I gagged on all the cheese, and my husband raved, and he's the one who has to put his own cheese on because he says I overdo the cheese. By the fourth one, I really liked it because I figured the best way to cook it without the cheese oozing out, put a pan under it. Im going to try your recipe this Friday, for pizza night. We found that the pepperoni has to be on top. Inside it gets lost, and maybe some leftover brats on the inside.
