Ahhhhh, the ol' "no cornmeal in my Chicago style pizza" argument! This is also a currently hot thread on other baking bulletin boards. Very similar to the ol' "no beans in my chili" argument. Who's to say what is "authentic". My feeling is if you like it, go for it. "How many angels can dance..."? Are pizza and chili our modern equivalent of medieval scholasticism? Thanks, Nancy - PJH
