As I said above, I have used this recipe dozens of times. I made this again tonight, and so much deliciousness!! However, I used some flour I had substituted in my grocery order at the beginning of the pandemic. I had ordered KAF, but the store substituted their house brand, as KAF was not available. My crust turned out dense and heavy, despite the fact that I weighed it and used a brand new package of SAF red yeast. This is actually the second baking failure I have had with this flour. I am going to throw the rest of it away! I have two bags of KAF now, and I am switching to that. There is DEFINITELY a difference! Thank you King Arthur Baking for providing the best flour ever!
