Would I need to do anything different...we built a outdoor brick pizza oven. Cooking times? Cheryl, I'd think it might cook much faster, though if you put it in a falling oven (lowering, cooling temperature), it might be about the same. Give it a try - you'll probably need to do one test loaf to nail the time exactly. Good luck - PJH
