I had to chuckle at the response to Amy's comment... substitutions ok, but not for the flour. Every store that usually carries it is out of the all purpose flour. :( I'm looking forward to it being back in stock. Katherine, it would help us to know what stores/where are out - we like to nudge the suppliers when we hear about out-of-stocks. Don't worry, you're not tattling!
