I made this over the weekend and it was pure heaven!!! I used a combination of Jonathan, MacIntosh and Cortland apples. I didn't think I would be able to fit them all into my 9x9 pan but it did. Boy, it was good. Thanks for posting this and inspiring me to make it. It was without a doubt the best apple crisp I've ever made!
