Do you think I could make this in those individual pie slice dishes? If so, any special instructions? It looks so good but being a single old lady, I don't need a whole cake although I did order the iron skillet for family get togethers. I love apple recipes in the fall! I don't see why not, Shirley - I'd guess you'd bake them maybe 30 minutes? Test at 30 minutes and see if the cake is done. Let us know how they come out - great idea! PJH
