I am new to baking, and I do not have a mixer at this time. I do have a food processer. Could I use that for kneading the dough nadif so how long. I know you said this is almost no knead dough. Chuckie, use the plastic dough blade (not the metal blade), and process for 1 minute. I think that'll do it. Good luck - PJH
