Looks so good, but I need to be gluten free. Can I make this GF using your GF flour? No, yeast bread recipes aren't easily translatable to GF, simply by changing the flou; yeast recipes are generally a batter bread, not appropriate for rolling into balls and stacking in a pan. The closest you could come to this pull-apart bread would be to use our GF ancient grains biscuit recipe for the dough, then coat and shape it as the cinnamon pull-apart recipe directs.
