Hi, I only have a cast iron dutch oven is that OK, also need to know sure I preheat the oven and grease the dutch oven? I will use calamatta olives, wath do you think? Thank you, Robert HI Robert, Yes, a cast iron dutch oven will work fine. Don't grease, but do preheat the pan. Use semolina or farina in the bottom of the pan to prevent sticking.
