Thanks for the great recipe.I made mini-brioche using a large-sized muffin tin. Very good result. I'm wondering, if someone followed the recipe through the final rise and then refrigerated it overnight in order to bake it in time for breakfast (from fridge to oven), would that work ? I would love to prep this in advance, have it all ready, and then bake it in the AM (without getting up 3 hours early).
