Mimi Bouchee February 25, 2009 at 12:19pm I love the cardamom idea. How much ground cardamom would you use per cups of flour in a recipe? Too much would be too much!!! Not sure. Start out with a little, and add to taste? 1/8 teaspoon per cup of flour would probably be a mild start... PJH Reply
