Ah-h-h, hot cross buns!! What memories I have of my mom making HUGE pans of them every year to be served at church after the Easter sunrise service. She must have made at least 12-14 dozen. Luckily the church kitchen had commercial-size ovens. The HC buns were always the hit of Easter breakfast. Will certainly try your HC buns, P.J., because my boat oven will fit a 9 x 13-inch pan........the one I purchased last summer at KAF!!!!! Whatever floats the boat, Sue - :) PJH
