Mmmmmm...... Yeasty lemon. These are going to be sooo good! My family is getting together for Sunday brunch to celebrate my birthday this weekend. Guess what I'll be bringing... I'm betting a can of Quick Shine can substitute for the egg wash, for those of us that accidentally deflate risen dough with a pastry brush... :-)
