Hey - Great recipe! I'm trying it this week for a Football Season Kickoff party. Do you think it could be any easier to assemble these if you put the spread on the bread, roll up, freeze, Cut into thirds, Then wrap with say half a piece of bacon? As opposed to wrapping with bacon - then cutting. Just a thought - I may try it ... either way - I'm sure these will be a hit this week! Thanks! That sounds like it should work. Have fun with it.
