Good question, Catherine! We'd recommend starting with replacing 25% of the flour in this recipe with whole wheat flour, and adding an extra 1-2 teaspoons of water to your dough, to account for the fact that whole wheat flour absorbs more liquid. Then you can try adjusting the amount of whole wheat flour up or down, depending on how you like it. Best of luck, and happy baking!
