I LOVE shortbread! I like to use a little oat flour in mine - must be the Scot in me, I just love the sweet taste of oats. :) by the way I don't think using Keebler cookies is a fair comparison - the homemade stuff with REAL butter is so much better it's unfair to the fake stuff.
