Reference your first attempt. I had that exact thing happen to me when I made a peach-raspberry galette. I didn't think to use a pie pan, though, so now I know how to fix my mistake. I had such a difficult time cleaning the baking sheet I haven't attempted it again. This looks delicious by the way. Yum! Ann, that's why I LOVE PARCHMENT.
