Class Description
Take your bread baking to the next level and spend 4 days shaping, scoring, and steaming loaves made with a range of artisan techniques adapted for home bakers.
Come learn about Baker’s Percentages and create your own formula after learning about the impact of various enrichments, pre-ferments, and hydration levels.
We’ll explore rye and sourdough, with plenty of time for brioche, baguette, and ciabatta too.
