  Lobster rolls, oysters, and stuffies from Brownsville Butcher & Pantry, plus strawberry shortcake and pizza slices from our bakery.

  Choice of VT Wagyu beef or VT Beancrafters veggie burger, two sides, and a cookie. Cold local brews from River Roost.

New summer café menu

Summer specials have arrived! Try our two new croissants — pistachio and ham & cheese — plus fresh treats from the bakery, such as the key lime tart, blueberry lavender sable breton, and lemon mousse. The kitchen's serving a smoked maple ham sandwich, garlic herb chicken salad, and a new caprese side with marinated mozzarella, cherry tomatoes, and fresh basil. Stop by and taste what's new!

Fire-roasted chicken or falafel flatbread, two sides, and a cookie. $18 per plate.

Community Pizza Night

4:30 to 7:00 p.m

Join us for our Last Community Pizza Night of the year! Meet at the Baking School to stretch, top, and bake your own pizza one final time. Pizzas are just $10 each, and you're welcome to bring your own toppings to make it your own. No reservations needed — just stop by the retail store entrance (look for the red welcome sign) to pay before heading down to the Baking School. Cash or card accepted. Beer and wine will be available for purchase from Jasper Murdock's Alehouse. No BYOB, please! For dessert, Super Secret Ice Cream will be serving up scoops of their small-batch ice cream made with fresh New Hampshire ingredients.
