Paleo Baking Powder

This paleo-friendly baking powder is made without cornstarch. Straightforward to bring together, it requires just a few pantry staples. Since it’s single-acting rather than double-acting, it works best with baked goods that will be baked immediately, rather than those whose batter or dough is refrigerated or left to rest for awhile.

  1. Sift the ingredients in a small bowl, using your fingers to break up any lumps. Whisk to blend thoroughly.

  2. Store baking powder in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 6 months.
