Class Description
Love a thin, tender crust more than a thick, chewy one? Is toast your favorite meal? This may be your bread class. Come spend 3 days mixing doughs and mastering shaping techniques that will make the best pan breads, and learn how to select the best sized pan for whatever recipe you have in mind.
We'll have fun with the tangzhong method, whole grains, marbled loaves, and both sweet and savory add-ins.
We'll bake with all different sizes and types of pans too, including standard, oversized, pullman, and even a decorative type!
It'll be pan-tastic!
