Are you interested in baking with sourdough but need help figuring out where to start? Then this three-day immersive class in all things sourdough is for you. We'll guide you through starting and maintaining a healthy sourdough starter and then use it to leaven and flavor various baked goods. We'll show you ways to use up extra starter to help reduce waste. You'll go home with a bounty of baked goods, including artisan bread, crackers, and even some delectable sweets. Let us demystify this wild yeast and start you on a lifelong journey of sourdough baking.
