In-Person Class
Class Description
Come spend a day learning to craft an indulgent afternoon Tea. We'll learn to create some of the classics, and delve into the history and origins of the event. We'll bake a fine-crumbed bread for delicate finger sandwiches, gluten free almond cookies, and decadent mini pavlovas filled with tangy curd. And scones...we wouldn't forget the scones!
After all this fun work, we'll take time for a cuppa, a glass of bubbly, and a sampling of all the excellent treats we've made. BYO teacup if you have a favorite, or we'll have plenty. Either way, you'll have plenty of delightful baked goods to take home after the party.
