Spanish for “sweet bread”, Pan Dulce may be a term you've heard, but aren't quite sure what it is. With roots in Mexico and Central America, Pan Dulce is taking the world by storm. Join us as we explore this expansive category of bread baking that is quickly becoming a staple of American culture. In this full-day class we'll make Conchas, Pan de Muerto, and more!
