Class Description

Discover the techniques for working with sourdough and learn how to achieve your ultimate desired depth of sourdough flavor! We'll delve into the care and maintenance of sourdough starters, as well as the fine art of shaping, slashing, and steam-baking traditional sourdough boules. 

During the class, you'll have the opportunity to bake your own loaves, and as an added bonus, you'll leave with a ball of dough to bake at home the following day. Elevate your bread-making skills and explore the world of sourdough in this hands-on class!

  • 4 Hour Class 
  • Instructor led class in our state-of-the-art classrooms 
  • Student-to-teacher ratio of 8:1 
  • You will go home with a ball of dough to bake the next day.  Please consider bringing a cooler along to transport your dough if you live further away.
