Be transported to the streets of New York City with these classics from the neighborhood Jewish Bakery! Spend two days learning to make beautiful challah that is beautifully seeded and braided, perfect as a dinner table centerpiece!
You'll also learn the tips and tricks for stretching and rolling doughs to paper thinness to craft savory potato knishes and rich, cocoa filled kokosh. Finally, you'll learn what makes the iconic black and white cookie so irresistible and a bakery staple.
