Class Description

Has The Great British Baking Show inspired you? Then this class is for you! We'll delve deep into the art of crafting traditional hand pies, each bite transporting you to the heart of British culinary heritage. 

You'll become well-versed in the art of creating Scottish Meat Pies, mastering the distinctive hot water pastry technique that imparts a unique flakiness to these savory delights. And, in the spirit of tradition, you'll also discover the fine craftsmanship of making Cornish Pasties, each one a testament to the rich history of British pastry. 

In this class, we are unable to provide plant-based alternatives for the meat pie fillings. The pastry that accompanies the meat pie(s) is made from lard. If you would prefer a plant-based alternative to using lard, please note that on your reservation.
