Class Description

Ready to go beyond the basic repertoire of laminated pastries? Spend 3 days with us and create 3 specialty doughs that are as beautiful as they are delicious. 

You’ll learn to shape classic Croissants with a fabulous, flaky bi-color dough, and braid a laminated Brioche into cardamom-scented buns. 

The versatility of Reverse Puff Pastry will impress you when we bake it into both sweet and savory filled delights. 

Be prepared to experience every step in the process of creating these next-level pastries.
