Just the mere mention of the delicious word maple makes me hungry and reminiscent of growing up in New England and making snow ice cream with fresh fallen snow. Yum.
We always had a log cabin shaped can of maple syrup in the cupboard and Dad knew the trick of how to pour it out leaving the mold behind. Never thought anything about it back then. It's what we all did. We never thought about the raw egg yolk in the snow ice cream either.
My how things have changed. LOL
