Have had my starter going on 5 years now..I feed it consistently and have recently moved from South Florida to Charlotte NC…I feel like it’s only improved in its new environment! I use it at least once a week, if not more and am always experimenting on new things to bake with it!! Live KA flour!! @sourdough.joe
