Hi Claudia! Unfortunately, at this time, we do not recommend using our Gluten-Free Bread Flour in a bread machine. It is a very unique blend that requires some specific methods to help ensure success when baking with it. This flour takes a while to hydrate, which is why in many recipes we will require a 15-20 minute rest before kneading. The dough only needs a gentle mix and knead after that rest and with bread machines (even those with a gluten free setting) that kneading cycle can be too harsh and too long. Recipes made with this flour also tend to rise much faster, so those pre-programmed cycles on a bread machine may end up over proofing the dough. For the best results, we would recommend using this flour when mixing by hand or stand mixer and baking in a traditional oven. Should you want to use your bread machine for gluten free baking, we would recommend taking a look at this blog: How to make gluten free bread in a bread machine and following that recipe with the recommended type of gluten free flour.
