I bought silicone bowl covers after using them in a baking class at King Arthur. They get so air-tight you can lift the bowl by the cover handle. The nice thing is they come in various sizes, colors, and shapes. The tomato silicone cover has a handle that looks like a tomato stem, so I use the stem to hold my note as to what dough is in the bowl, how much the dough weighed and most importantly, the time I started the proof.
