Thanks for the tip but I already use a silpat mat. When I bake peanut butter cookies, they don’t spread. I think they work because much of the peanut butter is replacing the butter. The recipe calls for 14 Tbls and I have reduced it down to 12, but the cookies still spread. (I am using the ATK Perfect Chocolate Chip Cookie recipe btw). My white chip chocolate cookies also spread even though the last time I baked them I had blended my sugar to fine (and weighed it) thinking it might help but it didn’t. What if I turn up my oven temp? I love baking cookies so this has be a big struggle.
