My crusts come out of the oven pretty crisp, but sometimes a pie lasts more than one day. Will crust dust help on the second day? Also, my daughter is very gluten intolerant, and I'm about to make her a homemade gluten free apple pie. Will your measure for measure, gluten free flour work as crust dust?
