I had never heard of this trick when I first saw this in a post a week or so ago on the KAB Facebook page. I was looking forward to trying it on my turkey day pies this week. Wouldn't you know, I was watching one of the baking shows on the Food Network and someone pulled this out of their bag of tricks! A KAB fan? Who knows, but I can't wait to try this.
