Light, airy, delicious, my family was impressed with my skills lol!
I have to confess i did the sourdough version only, never try the original recipe.
I use exact the amounts in this recipe, used unfed starter that has the same consistency as the dough. I just have to adjust the baking times, it’s more 8 min in the stone, 8 min in the upper rack. Mind you, I live in FL, my kitchen is usually 78+ degrees so the rising times were way shorter.
