Hi Ann, we haven't done much experimenting when it comes to applying the reverse creaming method to cookies and quick breads, but I did find this recipe for muffins that includes reverse creaming, and reverse creaming also seems to be taking on some steam when it comes to producing flat, sturdy cookies that are ideal for decorating.
