I’m excited to give this a try! I had my first kouign Amman 10 years ago at the St. Honore bakery in Portland. I’ve been chasing them down in every city I’ve traveled to since. (Had 5 varieties in a Austin back in 2017). I’ve done the BA version with mixed results. I love the idea of a KA “cake!” Thanks for doing the hard work to create this recipe!
