My arthritic hands seem to get worse month by month...but I will not give up my baking. I bake breads and rolls for 10 families, and Iove every minute of it. I find after completing my baking day, I wrap my hands inside a heating pad for 20 minutes or so and it really helps. I also take 2 naproxen tablets just prior to starting to bake. I also do this when I spend alot of time cleaning and such. I always use my KitchenAid Pro for all of my kneading. I wouldn't be able to do my bread baking without it. It has paid for itself hundred's of times over and saved my hands from much pain. Treat yourself to the right equipment and your hands will thank you.
