Help! I followed this recipe exactly as written, all the risings looked just like the pictures. Then when I put it in the oven I got absolutely no oven spring at all. Now I have a long brick of sourdough bread I have no idea what to do with. I live at 5100 feet and have had problems with oven spring ever since I moved here five years ago. What did I do wrong?
