I recently was gifted a wonderful air-fryer. I had poo-poo'd the appliance as just another counter hog. i already owned a deepfat fryer and did not want another 'fryer'. 1st - an air fryer is so much more than the name suggests!!! It is actually a small size convection oven. I am single and live alone - most nights I get home from work and the time it takes to preheat my full size oven often swayed my meal choices to other less time consuming options. But my air fryer preheats in 5 minutes whish is the perfect time to prep what ever I feel like. I eat more roast vegetable now than before. And can I say that reheating left overs is more flavorful then a microwave!!! Reheat pizza slices, fried items (onion rings, french fries etc)
