Hi India, your starter should be fine when stored in the refrigerator during your vacation. I would give it a feeding before you go (1:1:1, by weight is fine when it's spending time in the fridge), let it sit out for an hour or two and start bubbling, and then place it in the refrigerator. After you get back, you may notice it needs a few feedings at room temperature to restore it to its normal activity level.
