I have a ZO bread maker which I purchased from you at King Arthur Flour. I am having a problem with the bread browning too dark. Had this happen 4 times & gave up. I want to send the ZO back but am asking you for an answer to this problem if you can. I have the button for a top crust but this over browning is on all four sides of the bread in the pan. Can't keep throwing these loaves out all the time its such a waste. Can you figure out what I can do or what I am doing wrong. Thank you
