My husband surprised me with one of these at Christmas a couple of years ago. I bake a lot of cookies (especially the KA Chocolate Chip Oatmeal) but I never thought about using it for pie crust or cake layers. Genius. Incidentally, whoever made the pie crust pictured in item #4 did an outstanding job of distributing the butter. I aspire to mix up a crust like that.
