I absolutely love this bread, and I make a loaf almost every day, for my family, and to give as gifts. So here’s my question: would it be possible to go through the first rise, then place the dough in a plastic lined bread pan, and freeze it? When fully frozen, it would be vacuum-packed and returned to the freezer for as long as a month or two. Sometimes I want the bread, but I don’t want to wait 20 hours to get it. Any advice would be great. Thanks!
