Hi Anita, as long as you have enough baking pans and can process the extra dough, multiplying this recipe by 3 or 4 should work fine. Whenever you increase a recipe in this way we recommend multiplying by weight rather than volume. This is the easiest and most accurate way to increase a recipe and can help prevent adding too much flour. If you're baking 4 loaves in the oven at the same time, expect baking time to be a bit longer.
