I can not believe how simple this recipe is. And it turned out fantastic! This is my first baked loaf, followed recipe exactly, except for the exact size pan...but close enough. It makes me feel like I can make more involved sourdough loaves...but why?!? Lol. And thoroughly explained. Thank you so much for this wonderfully simple, no fuss bread. Do you think there will be other recipes like this?
