Update: I made the fudge brownie recipe using aquafaba and earth balance butter sticks, and it worked! The brownies were really fudgy and delicious, but I didn’t get much of a crackle crust. I’m guessing this is due to the lack of egg from reading another blog post on this site? Or did I need to melt the sugar with the butter more?

Looking forward to trying out more of the brownie recipes on this site using aquafaba!
