I discovered this flour while looking through one of your catalogs and decided to order it. I absolutely love it and have made your bread recipe and it’s really good. I have also made empanadas and it fries like a dream, and also made puff pastry to make Cuban pastelitos and it worked great!!! Now for my question, can you make a starter with this flour?
